Supporting Every Child’s Growth with Care and Science

Apple King Special Education Centre is a specialised early intervention and therapy centre dedicated to supporting children with developmental and neurological challenges. Through a child-centred and brain-science–based approach, we design personalised programmes that help children build confidence, independence, and essential life skills — while guiding families with clarity, empathy, and hope.

Who We Are

A Purpose-Driven Centre for Holistic Child Development

Apple King Special Education Centre is a purpose-driven early intervention and therapy centre dedicated to supporting children with special needs through structured, evidence-based care. Guided by brain-science–based practices and delivered with empathy, we work closely with families to create meaningful progress, build confidence, and bring hope to every child’s developmental journey.

Our Mission

We are committed to providing structured, individualised treatment that gives children with special needs the opportunity to live happier, more confident lives. Through evidence-based care and compassionate support, we aim to restore hope to families—especially when other treatment approaches have not achieved meaningful results.

Our Vision

We aspire to become a regional leader in brain-science–based early intervention by integrating Neurofeedback, therapy, and holistic support. Through continuous innovation and evidence-based practices, we strive to deliver transformative outcomes that positively impact the lives of children with special needs and their families.

Our Approach

Personalised, Brain-Science–Based Care

We adopt a child-centred, brain-science–based approach focused on personalised intervention and early support. Each programme is thoughtfully designed to meet individual developmental needs while working closely with families to achieve meaningful and lasting progress.

Why Choose Apple King

Empowering Children, Supporting Families

We provide personalised, brain-science–based support that helps children build confidence, independence, and meaningful progress — while guiding and supporting families every step of the way.

Madam Lau

Founder

Madam Lau established the first Apple King
kindergarten in the year 2000. Today, the
Apple King network has grown to 6
kindergartens, 3 tuition centres, and 2
special education centres across Kajang,
Bangi, and Semenyih.

Her journey into special education is deeply
personal, inspired by her own daughter on
the autism spectrum. This experience
shaped her mission to provide structured,
compassionate, and effective intervention
for children who need it most.

“We are here to structure intervention
thoughtfully so that children with special
needs can receive the opportunities they
deserve to live happier and more confident
lives — and to give families hope when
many other treatments have failed.”

She is especially valued by parents for her practical and easy-to-follow parenting strategies, empowering families to extend their child’s progress beyond the centre and into everyday home routines. Michelle also
plays a key role in mentoring therapists and ensuring consistent, high-quality developmental support across programmes.
